CrossFit Pocono started with passion for fitness, commitment to coaching, and desire to make a difference.
CFP’s mission is to deliver the highest quality coaching across a comprehensive offering of programs and services. Our approach reinforces the value of performing constantly varied functional movements at an intensity level that right for you. Individuals of all ages are trained in a combination of Weightlifting, Bodyweight Strength & Conditioning (Gymnastics), Cardiovascular & Respiratory Endurance, and Mobility (Flexibility).
Our goal is to create an environment that allows you to improve your health, level of fitness, and athletic performance across the ten recognized core elements of fitness (cardiovascular, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy). The skills you learn can be applied to any sport and everyday life.
Each individual’s goals are different and the path you take to achieving those goals will vary based on current fitness level and preferences. All of our memberships entitle you to participate in Foundations, CrossFit WODs, and our variety of specialty programs. We encourage you to utilize a combination of these programs to achieve your goals, while experiencing the spirit, community and camaraderie that is CrossFit Pocono.
