Gymnastics Clinic August 15th, 2015


The goal of the clinic is to increase your knowledge and to become more proficient at the gymnastics movements of Crossfit.

The clinic is designed to provide atheletes exposure to techniques, skill progression and repetition with skills to improve performance in the following movements:

  • Handstands
  • Handstand Walks
  • Handstand Pushups
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Pullup Progression (strict, kipping and butterfly)
  • Bar Muscle Up
  • Bar Pullover
  • Tap Swings on Rings
  • Ringwork (Muscle-ups, Front Uprise, Back Rolls and Levers)

We will conclude the clinic with a Gymnastics WOD in order to integrate new skills.
